How to prepare
Fill a mate gourd 2/3 with loose yerba, tilt, pour 70โ80 ยฐC water (not boiling) into the well, sip through the bombilla, refill many times.
Safety notes
Contains caffeine โ avoid late in the day and in pregnancy. Don't drink very hot โ repeated extreme-heat consumption is associated with esophageal irritation.
