How to prepare
1/2 tsp turmeric powder + pinch of black pepper + 1 tsp ghee in a cup of warm milk. Honey to taste once it cools.

High-dose curcumin extracts can interact with blood thinners and may aggravate gallstones. Culinary use is safe for most people.
