Traditional use

Brewed as a daily tea for colds, sore throat, and unsettled stomachs. Honey is added once the tea cools.

How to prepare

1 tsp dried flowering tops per cup. Pour just-boiled water, cover, steep 8 minutes. Sweeten with honey at the end.
