How to prepare
1/2 to 1 tsp moringa powder stirred into smoothies, yogurt, or soup. Don't boil the powder โ add at the end to preserve nutrients.
Safety notes
Avoid the bark and root (different effect). May lower blood sugar and blood pressure โ combine carefully with medication. Avoid in pregnancy.
